TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER OF THE MIXING VALVE RT-12 is a device designed to smoothly control the servomotor of the 3-way valve in order to maintain temperature set by the user at its output. This controller is suited to operate all mixing valves that are equipped with a motor of the valve drive supplied with a AC voltage of 230V. The basic parameter determining the respective start of each function of the controller 聽here is a temperature sensor intended to be mounted to the heating pipe 聽coming out of the valve. The control functions are implemented through two outputs that are responsible for controlling the valve drive as well as an additional output that enables to operate the cooperating circulating pump. In order to increase ease of use and safety of operation of the system, this model also has two additional outputs for connecting a room thermostat as well as a safety thermostat that protects the system against overheating, in systems especially vulnerable to this type of risk. The main task of the RT-12 controller is to protect heat receivers, which are connected behind the mixing valve, from excessive heat. It also lets you maintain a constant temperature at user-specified level to ensure a minimum operating temperature of devices requiring this type of working conditions. It's here mainly to operate the so-called small heating circuit in boilers and inserts with a water jacket, which, 聽thanks to maintaining the proper temperature of water at the circulation return, allow a more economical utilization of them and improving of 聽the safety of their jobs. Any alarm conditions are signalled by the controller with a shrill beep and a flashing LED alarm indicator on the control panel. The controller has a very compact design, which is achieved due to the small size of the device (148 x 81mm) which, combined with ergonomic design of the 聽control panel, allows it mounted anywhere in the room without compromising their aesthetic qualities.
