Controllers for solid fuel CH boilers

Controllers of the charging boilers and controllers of  automatic boilers with a retort feeder or pellet burner. Our offer includes controllers of the charging boilers which control blower and pump connected to the central heating stove. Controllers of this type are designed to regulate the blower in such a way as to maintain the temperature set on the boiler while switching on and off the CH pump according to individual temperature settings. Controllers for fine coal and charging boilers may have many additional features that can be used to connect additional devices such as  hot water pump, room thermostat, mixing valve. They have a display that shows  temperature and power of blower. Dedicated controllers for boilers with a feeder are mainly designed to control the operation of the feeder - dispensing the right amount of fuel, adjusting the time intervals between the feeds and the time of scavenges. Controllers of this type are very powerful and give the ability to connect many additional devices which are responsible for the proper operation of the boiler. The standard controller for the furnace with a feeder controls the blower, CH and hot water pump and the feeder. The extended versions have the ability to connect additional pumps and mixing valves, room thermostat and weather sensor. These controllers feature a large, easy to read display. Thanks to the controllers of our production you can completely automate the process of fuel feeding and optimize the whole process of burning, which will result in large savings in fuel consumption. All our controllers have the PID algorithm, thanks to that there’s so much easier control of the combustion process and improvement in  operation of the boiler.

RT-14 TATAREK is a controller designed for operating heating systems supplied from a solid fuel central heating boiler, in which the combustion process is regulated by a variable control of the air damper.  It supports central heating (CH) and buffer storage or hot water storage tank (HW ). In addition, this controller provides support for a 3-way mixing valve in heater, floor systems and in a system of protecting the return temperature of the warm water to the boiler. This model is suitable for mounting in the casing of the boiler (panel), or in a metal casing mounted on the boiler.

MICROPROCESSOR TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER RT-01 "ANIA" - VERSION B is a controller adapted to operate central heating solid fuel boilers to stabilize the operation of the boiler by measuring the water temperature. It regulates the air blower, adjusts the operation of the circulating pump, controls the HW  load pump and protects the central heating system against the boiling of water in the system.

MICROPROCESSOR TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER RT-02 "ANETA" - VERSION B is a controller adapted to operate central heating solid fuel boilers to stabilize the operation of the boiler by measuring the water temperature. It regulates the air blower, adjusts the operation of the circulating pump or pumps (see the parameter maximum connection power in the technical data), protects the central heating system against the boiling of water in the system.

MICROPROCESSOR TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER RT-04 "ADAŚ" Version B is a controller adapted to operate central heating solid fuel boilers to stabilize the operation of the boiler by measuring the water temperature. This controller is a hybrid model of those offered so far, that is,  RT-04 ADAŚ and RT-01 ANIA version B, because the existing technical solutions have not been altered, while the housing itself has been changed to the same which is used in the controllers RT-01 and RT-02 versions B.

 The RT-04C controller operates solid fuel hopper boilers in terms of stabilizing the boiler operation based on the measurement of water temperature.

The RT-04C controls the central heating system with a solid fuel boiler, in which by controlling blower efficiency the boiler temperature changes. In addition an operation of the CH circulating pump is controlled. Chief assets of the controller are: compact and solid design, energy saving and price.

The RT-09 PID  controller is designed to operate automatic solid fuel boilers equipped with a retort (screw) fuel feeder, in which the temperature of the boiler is changed by altering the cycles of fuel feeding and smooth control of the air blower. The advanced "TATAREK PID" algorithm of the operation  enables the automatic modulation of the boiler power - so much heat is generated as you need. The combustion process is uniform (no sudden changes of temperature in the combustion chamber and the chimney), more efficient and ensures a longer life of the heating system.

The remote programmer is an accessory of the RT-09 microprocessor boiler controller, with which it‘s connected through the 4-wire line (telephone equipment) of a maximum length of 500m. The programmer can:

- alarm (beep) when a fault occurs in the control of the boiler

- display the state of the boiler (boiler temperature, temperature of the warm water tank, the status of the boiler, a clock and a mechanism for time zones)

- remotely modify the preset boiler temperature
