MICROPROCESSOR TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER RT-01 "ANIA" - VERSION B is a controller adapted to operate central heating solid fuel boilers to stabilize the operation of the boiler by measuring the water temperature. It regulates the air blower, adjusts the operation of the circulating pump, controls the HW  load pump and protects the central heating system against the boiling of water in the system. The controller  RT-01B ANIA  also performs the boiler scavenge (to remove excess of harmful gases produced in the combustion process) which, like the time intervals of the mentioned scavenges, the user can individually set depending on the type and grade of used fuel. The controller has an additional sensor and the contact to operate the hot water  pump with priority HW(Hot Water), which will allow  an even greater comfort increase of using the system supplied by this type of boilers, allowing a fully automatic operation of the hot water storage tank. In addition a comfort of using increases thanks to possibility of cooperating our controller with a room thermostat. Another innovation introduced in the model RT-01 ANIA in version B is providing additional protection against boiler overheating (low-voltage sensor STB), which is activated if the water temperature  reaches 94 ° C. A particular attention should also be paid to the possibility of setting the switch-off temperature of the circulation pump, which is adjustable from 33 ° C ÷ 50 ° C. Another advantage of the conroller  is equipping  it with the algorithm for protecting the circulation pump working in the system from jamming outside the heating season. It prevents the build-up of harmful ingredients blocking the pump impeller by periodically its launching at a time when heating system is not used. The condition is here, of course, leaving the controller in the standby state itself after the end of the heating season.
