RT-08GeX HYBRID -controller designed to optimize the combustion process in stoves, furnaces equipped with direct air supply to the combustion chamber. Thanks to the measurement of the flue gas temperature carried out directly above the combustion chamber, it allows the most efficient regulation of the air supply, which, in combination with the appropriate control algorithms, ensures the optimization of the combustion process and thus more economical use of the heat obtained in this process. The controller is also equipped with three temperature sensors that allow automatic operation of the central heating installation based on buffer tanks.
Smooth regulation of the air supply damper to the stove is based on the measurement of the temperature directly above the furnace chamber through the flue gas temperature sensor. This allows for the selection of an appropriate dose of air necessary in the combustion process to obtain the optimal dose of thermal energy from the fuel. The controller also has the option of cooperation with the central heating hydraulic system, where the heat generated in the stove is transferred to the buffer thanks to the water jacket or water base. By controlling the combustion process, the temperature of water in the stove and in the upper and lower part of the buffer, the controller controls the buffer loading pump or a more complex system with a Laddomat. It also controls the circulation pump which transfers the heat accumulated in the buffer to the further part of the installation. Additionally, this controller can operate the drive of the chimney flap, draft generator or ventilation.
The controller uses an emergency/backup module which activates the full air damper opening in the event of a power outage in order to completely burn out the fuel as quickly as possible. The system failure is signaled by a sound and a light signal.
The controller has an easy-to-read graphic screen on which important information about the current operation of the installation is provided on an ongoing basis.
