RT-08 OS GRAFIK II(Optimizer of Combustion) - is the latest development of our company. The controller is designed to optimize the combustion process in conventional furnaces equipped with a direct flow of air into the combustion chamber. By measuring temperature directly over the combustion chamber, you achieve the most efficient regulation of the air supply, which combined with appropriate control algorithms allows to optimize the combustion process and thus a more economic use of the heat obtained in the process.
Going forward, we equipped this model with a feature of cooperating with more and more popular in our country systems of heat accumulation, likewise in the version with 2 extra water sensors - the possibility of parallel operation of the water base, which is also often applied in this type of installation as an addition to the supply of the HW storage tank circulation systems. The use of this type of controller that operates extremely tight furnaces and the involved risk of releasing carbon monoxide, the controller is adapted to connect to a carbon monoxide sensor. Due to a wide range of temperature changes in the program mode it is possible to choose the most efficient setups in terms of individual models of furnaces, which will let the producers of this type of furnace to select the optimal operating range and its permanent programming in the microprocessor memory. An important element is also a battery that is located inside the controller, which enables to maintain the operation of the controller and air damper in case of a brief loss of power, which allows for safe system shutdown or start of the appropriate equipment to provide backup power. The RT-08 OS controller can also be applied to storage heaters, which go through renaissance in our country and allow a fully automatic supervision of the whole combustion process and protection of their operation.
